Our Mobile Partys

We are completely mobile in that we bring the fun of the ultimate hens night party to you.

We have a range of packages you can choose that are all inclusive of different beverage packages, finger food, hens party games and of course entertainment and experiences!

And you only have to pay the one set booking deposit for all inclusive services at your hens party.  

We offer discounted package rates* for day time events, winter partys and early bird specials when booking in advance for our peak season times.

Day Rates

We offer discounted rates on selected hens party packages when you book at a set time of day for the event.

When you see the icon (below) near one of the packages click on to find out the day rate available.

Early Bird Specials

We offer discounted rates on selected hens party packages when you book your event in advance for peak season times.  Early bird specials are available for bookings recieved (but not occuring) in April, May, June, July.

Example:  You are having your hens party in November.  You book the date and package with Hens Night Party via this website in July and receive a discount on the standard price, because you have booked in during one of early bird months.

Big discounts are available when you see the icon (below) near selected hens party packages.  When you see this icon click on it to reveal the discount available on the package.

Winter Rates

We offer discounted rates on selected hens party packages when you book for select autumn/winter months being April, May, June and July.

When you see the icon (below) near one of the packages click on to find out the winter rate available.

How much does it cost to book?

To book any one of our packages a set $350 deposit is all that is required.  This books in ALL services attending your event.  This is strictly non-refundable so be sure to check out our terms and conditions before booking.

What is the delivery fees?

Our delivery fees are charged as our equipment for some events is pre-delivered and then picked up again the next day.  Fees are based from our head office in South Melbourne.

0-20kms = $69

21-40kms = $89

41-50kms = $99

51-60kms = $120

61-80kms = $160

Yarra Valley - Lower Mornington Peninsula - Geelong locations equipment will arrive and depart with staff on day though a handling fee will apply for staff to deliver at time of event.  This fee is $120.

What is the staff travel fees?

Our travel fees are charged as our staff utilise their own cars.  You can't expect someone to travel distances for an event and not be compensated for petrol or hours spent in a car.  We greatly value our staff so hence fees are applied.  Fees are based from our head office staff base in South Melbourne.  And are charged at per staff person and performer attending.

0-20kms = $0

21-40kms = $49

41-50kms = $59

51-60kms = $69

61-70kms = $99

70-80kms = $120

81-100kms = $160

A parking fee is applicable per staff person in inner cbd if a parking spot is not allocated.  This is $35.00
